The answer is a combination of both factors: they love the job and they want to get it.

For many, the idea of becoming a professional web designer was a natural extension of their interest in web design.

“I’ve always loved it and I wanted to work in it,” says Mark, an art director and designer who has worked for clients including Facebook, Nike and Disney.

“It’s a very rewarding and fulfilling field and I’m excited to see the growth of the industry.”

But Mark’s love for the job comes at a price.

“People tend to assume that the job you’re going to get in the future is going to be very good,” he says.

“But you get very little compensation for that.

It’s actually a lot less of a salary than if you’re just doing freelance work.”

Some freelance web designers earn a living through their own web designs, which may not be enough to get by, but they’re not necessarily getting the best quality work.

“The job is very much the most stressful,” says Marc.

“You’re constantly juggling your work with the stress of the other things you have to do, like school and family.”

Marc’s experience with his own freelance work is more nuanced.

He is not alone in his views about freelance work.

A survey of 1,000 freelancers by freelance magazine Freelance Finder found that only 10% of respondents said that they were happy working in a freelance job, and just 15% of them said they would choose to work with a freelancer again in the next six months.

“They’re not happy with the way it is,” says one freelance designer who requested anonymity because he was not yet able to discuss his personal experience.

“There are a lot of freelancers who just want to make money,” he said.

“Some people do freelance work because they can’t afford a regular job, so they just have to make it.

And a lot freelancers just don’t get paid.

There are a few that do, but it’s just a fraction.”

Many freelancers say that the pay is lower than what they would get in a regular position.

The freelancer is usually expected to work 20 hours a week or more, but this figure varies from job to job, according to the Freelancers Union, which advocates for the industry.

“Most freelancers are not getting paid at all,” says Kate.

“A lot of people who are really talented don’t do any work at all.

Many freelance web developers say that they feel trapped by their own experience of work, where they are only able to work on projects that they can afford to pay. “

So I guess they have to pay a lot more for the same work.”

Many freelance web developers say that they feel trapped by their own experience of work, where they are only able to work on projects that they can afford to pay.

“If I were to do it full time, it would be extremely stressful,” admits a freelancing designer who asked not to be named for fear of retaliation.

“Every time I get an email from my boss saying that I have to finish this project, I just think, ‘Why?

Why am I doing this?

Why are you trying to make me do this?’

I’m just stuck.”

Kate’s experience of freelance work has been different.

“Before I started working on the project, it was all freelance,” she says.

She says she was not paid for the work she was doing on the website, which she says was about 30% of her time.

Kate’s clients, who have included Disney, Nike, Apple and Starbucks, have all been supportive of her decision to leave her job to focus on her freelance work, even though she is still working for them.

“We’re happy for you and we know you’ve done a great job,” says a Starbucks representative, who asked to remain anonymous because she was unsure of the firm’s policies.

“Even though we haven’t seen the final product yet, we know it’s going to look and feel amazing.”

Kate says that she and her clients have been able to pay off their student loans with freelance work and she is hopeful that she can make it in the industry as a designer.

“Working on a freelance project is really rewarding, but I know that it’s a long, long way from getting paid,” she adds.

“This is the only way that I’m going to make a living.”

While many freelance web design students are hopeful that they will eventually find work in the freelance web world, there are those who are not happy about the direction the industry is heading.

“All of us have a passion for our craft,” says Matt.

“However, I’m not one of them.

I’m a computer programmer and I hate working for a client.”

“I don’t feel like I’m getting paid for what I do, which is just creating stuff,” says Katie.

“At the moment I’m paying myself to do what I love.

That’s the best thing for
